Gordon Kilpatrick

One of the founding Partners of Richmond Bridges LLP his focus was to tackle the delivery challenges around Finance transformation programmes impacting many of the tier one investment and retail banks as they responded to market conditions and new regulations.

Previously, Gordon had a career at a senior level within Citibank, Barclays Bank and Ernst & Young working globally as an experienced programme management professional, he has more than 15 years of providing quality services to his clients and strategic partners covering SAP, IBM, Accenture, Oracle & I-Flex.

Lisa Whiffen

Lisa is the partner for operating models and has almost 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries. ACA, CIPD and CFA qualified, she combines deep operational risk expertise with a passion for the people side of change management. After beginning her career with Arthur Andersen as an engineering specialist, she worked in both Banking and FinTech before consolidating her career as a management consultant specialising in the operational side of post-deal merger and integration work. She has just completed a major project with a large Private Equity house, where she was employed as a Subject Matter Expert advising the client on the design of a target operating model for a £650m business operating across 65 countries. Lisa has previously been employed by, and still works on a contract basis for, PwC. Other roles have included Regional head of Africa for Sungard FCS, and a senior role in the COO group for Commerzbank.
