Gordon is the founding partner for Richmond Bridges LLP and has almost 20 years of experience across a wide range of industries. MBA qualified, he combines deep operational risk expertise and focus to tackle the delivery challenges around complex transformation and change programmes impacting many of the Tier 1 Investment and Retail banks as they respond to current market conditions and new regulations.
Previously, Gordon had a career at a senior level within Citibank, Barclays Bank and Ernst & Young, working globally as an experienced change and transformation director, he has almost 20 years of providing quality services to his clients and strategic partners at board level supporting and working with key integration partners including SAP, IBM, E&Y, Accenture, Oracle & I-Flex.
Lisa is the partner for operating models and has almost 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries. ACA, CIPD and CFA qualified, she combines deep operational risk expertise with a passion for the people side of change management.
After beginning her career with Arthur Andersen as an engineering specialist, she worked in both Banking and FinTech before consolidating her career as a management consultant specialising in major organisational change, including that relating to M&A activities. Lisa worked as an Operational Risk expert in the M&A space for PwC (director level) and other roles have included Regional head of Africa for Sungard FCS and a senior role in the COO group for Commerzbank. She is currently at Credit-Suisse, delivering a major regulatory programme of work (Recovery & Resolution) as head of the EMEA team.
